Pricing

Note that all prices are quoted in Australian dollars, and are exclusive of GST. All charges are calculated in one-second increments and are rounded up to the nearest cent for each call.

1900 numbers

Available tariffs are $0.35/min - $5/min (timed) and $0.35 - $5 (flagfall), both offered in $0.05 increments. These numbers can be cancelled on one month's notice.

For example, consider a two-minute call on a 77c/min tariff (inc GST). It would generate $1.40 (ex GST) from the customer. The following charges would then be subtracted

• flagfall: 5c
• per-minute: 2 x 23c = 46c
• service charge: 20% x $1.40 = 28c
• bad debt charge: 7% x $1.40 = 9.8c

leaving 51.2c (ex GST) for the content provider, or 56.3c (inc GST).

Note that the 7% bad debt charge of 9.8c will be refunded to the content provider after 12 months so long as the customer does not default on the charge.

03 9910 93xx numbers

These numbers can be cancelled on one month's notice.

Trial accounts

Trial accounts use the shared number 03 9910 9300 and can only be accessed via the caller-ID number of a nominated handset. Additional handsets can be added for a monthly fee. Cancellation of these accounts requires one month's notice.

Outbound calls

Outbound voice and video calls can be made to any Australian mobile or landline number.

Customers with an 03 9910 93xx number have the option of calling from that number or from the shared number 03 9910 9300. Customers with other accounts can call from the shared number. Charges begin when the recipient answers the call.

Outbound voice and video calls to SIP-enabled softphones are also possible. Again, charges begin when the recipient answers the call.
