Services we offer

Our primary service is the hosting of phone numbers and linking them to VIXML applications. These can be 1900 or 03 9910 93xx numbers. Outbound calls can also be made from our 03 9910 93xx numbers.

With 1900 premium numbers we also assist with setup and revenue collection, although we recommend first reading the TISSC Code of Practice to familiarize yourself with the basic legal requirements.

We are also happy to promote customer applications on our website, so long as they are suitable for general consumption. Simply provide some screenshots and a paragraph or two, and we'll add it to our site.

Once a number is configured to route to our server, you can specify the VIXML document it links to using our customer interface. Additional documents can be linked based on caller-ID numbers, enabling restricted access to applications. The interface also provides real-time statistics on all calls received.

For developers wishing to test our platform, trial accounts are available. These operate off the shared line 03 9910 9300 and link to a VIXML document based on the caller-ID number of nominated handsets. This allows access by the selected users, but not the general public.

Development tools

A VIXML document can be located anywhere on the internet, but we also provide free hosting on our server. Applications hosted locally will respond slightly faster than remote ones. Included with the hosting is PHP and a MySQL database.

To assist with application development, we also provide a free VIXML previewer and a content management system. These are described further in our developers section.
