This month Vivatel handled its 250,000th phone call, an inbound video call to a premium-rate 1900 number. The call lasted 33 .7 seconds.
Vivatel's call volumes continue to rise, with multi-party video conferencing proving popular. Vivatel has also seen growing demand for its record-and-playback capability, where callers can leave a recorded video message for others to view.
These features are likely to drive steadily increasing call volumes over the next twelve months.
